Further you can use the Support Ticket System for requesting a quote or proposal for a solution around printing and imaging equipment in the area of fleet management, printer fleet assessment, solution implementation, printer driver vending services, mobile printing, print server migration, secure printing environments and many more.

- If you have purchased a software solution from Intracon, you have received a Support & Maintenance Pack, by this you receive support services as agreed in the corresponding Service Level Agreement (SLA).

- You receive direct access to the technical know-how and the experience of our experts
- Our specialists configure and conceive solutions for your individual requirements
